Kajol Tanaya is a literature graduate by training and a research assistant by profession, working at the intersection of research, writing, and design. Her work involves studying complex social themes, producing clear analytical writing, and translating research into structured communication outputs that are accessible and effective.

Her academic and professional interests lie in gender and development, programme execution, and the design of theory of change frameworks. She is particularly interested in how time management, institutional processes, and communication quality shape the success or failure of development interventions. She works fluently across Odia, Hindi, and English, and is conversational in Telugu.

She is keen to contribute to the development and education sectors through research support, analytical writing, and communication excellence that strengthens both strategy and execution.
